Pilates Personal Training

Sessions are scheduled from:
8:00 - 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday                                                            8:00 - 2:00 pm Friday
8:00 - 12 noon Saturday

During the first session you and your instructor will discuss your goals and the instructor will do an assessment of your alignment, strength and flexibility in order to design the best program for you. Together you will create a program that is stimulating, strengthening, healing, energizing and fun!

Gyrotonic® Classes

The Gyrotonic Expansion System® incorporates spiral movements, spinal mobility and specially designed equipment into a state of the art energetic movement experience.

Private sessions are offered Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday by appointment.

 

Group Classes

Beginner/Intermediate Mat Class (drop-in)

  • Saturday 8:00 - 9:15 am
  • Tuesday 6:15 - 7:15 pm

Gyrotonic Pulley Tower Class (by appointment only)

Monday 5:30 - 6:30 pm with Susan Gray

Beginner/Intermediate Reformer Class (by appointment only)

Please arrive on time and wear comfortable clothing you can move in i.e. a tank top and leggings, light sweat pants or gym shorts and a tee shirt.  All floor classes are drop-in, no appointment required.
